Kithwise privacy policy

Kithwise ("we") provides automation tools for real estate agents who sign in with their Google account and connect their CRM. This policy explains what we access, why, what we keep, and your choices.

What we access and why

When you sign in with Google and grant permission, Kithwise can:

• Read and search your Gmail. We use this to check whether you have recently emailed a contact, so the same person isn't suggested again too soon, and to find messages you have asked us to process. An example is a text message you forwarded to yourself for logging in your CRM.
• Create email drafts in your Gmail. Drafts wait in your Drafts folder for you to review. Kithwise cannot send email on your behalf. The software has no ability to send.
• Read and create events on calendars you choose. We use this, for example, to add your daily outreach block to your calendar. We only act on calendars you have specifically allowed.

We also use your Google account's email address to identify you.

We do not request the ability to delete, trash or label your email, and we cannot do those things.

What we store

• An encrypted access credential (a Google "refresh token"). It lets the service act for you on a schedule. It is encrypted, never shown to anyone, and deleted when you disconnect.
• An activity log. For each action it records which tool was used, when, and whether it succeeded. The log does not contain email contents, subject lines, or calendar event descriptions. Entries are deleted after 90 days.
• Your settings, such as which calendars you allow.

We do not keep copies of your emails or calendar events. Content is read when a task needs it and is not saved.

How your information is processed

To perform tasks, relevant information (for example, a contact's name or a message you asked us to process) may be passed to an AI model provider, Anthropic, under commercial terms that do not allow it to train on your data. Our service runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure.

We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Kithwise's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your choices

• Disconnect at any time in your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Remove "Kithwise" and our access ends immediately.
• Ask us to delete your stored credential, settings and activity log by emailing admin@kithwise.ca.
• Ask what we hold about you at the same address.
